Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to stipulate the terms and procedures for using the services provided by Boom Mobile: BoomMobile (hereinafter referred to as “LoadMama”), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms and Conditions

(1) These Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon notice to the user.
(2) The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions in the event of changes in circumstances or important business reasons, and the amended Terms and Conditions shall become effective in the same manner as the preceding paragraph.

Article 3 Rules Other Than These Terms and Conditions

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations.

Chapter 2 Membership Registration and Service Use

Article 1 Definition of Member

A member is a general individual who is recognized as suitable by the Company to be a member, agrees to these Terms and Conditions, fills out the service membership registration form, and is issued an ‘ID’ and ‘password’.

Article 2 Establishment of Service Subscription

(1) Service subscription is established by the Company’s acceptance of the user’s application for use and the user’s agreement to the terms and conditions.
(2) Those who wish to sign up as a member and use the service must provide personal information requested by the Company.
(3) If the Company approves the user’s application for membership, the Company will notify the user of the member ID and other information deemed necessary by the Company.
(4) The ID entered at the time of subscription cannot be changed, and only one ID is issued per person.
(5) The Company does not accept applications for subscription in the following cases:
a. When applying using another person’s name
b. When not applying under your real name
c. When the contents of the subscription application are falsely stated
d. When applying for the purpose of harming social peace and order or good morals

Article 3 Service Use and Restriction

(1) The service can be used 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special circumstances such as business or technical problems.
(2) The service usage time of the preceding paragraph may be restricted after prior notice to the member if necessary by the Company, such as regular system inspection.
(3) Online consultation among the service contents may not be available 24 hours a day depending on the personal circumstances of the person in charge of answering.

Article 4 Service Fee

(1) The service is free for all registered members.
(2) If the Company commercializes the service, the timing, policy, and cost of commercialization must be announced on the service before the commercialization is implemented.

Chapter 3 Service Withdrawal, Re-registration and Restriction of Use

Article 1 Service Withdrawal

(1) If a member wishes to withdraw from the service, the member must directly request cancellation to the operator via email.
(2) When applying for withdrawal, please provide your name, resident registration number, ID, phone number, and reason for withdrawal so that we can verify your identity and cancel your membership.
(3) If you cannot log in with your existing ID and password, your membership has been cancelled.

Article 2 Service Re-registration

(1) If a user who has withdrawn from the service pursuant to Article 1 wishes to rejoin, the member himself/herself can directly request to rejoin to the operator via email.
(2) When requesting to rejoin, the re-registration process will be carried out by providing your name, resident registration number, ID, and phone number so that you can identify yourself.
(3) If you can log in with your existing ID and password, you have been re-registered.

Article 3 Service Use Restriction

The Company may terminate the use agreement or suspend the use of the service for a specified period without prior notice if the member engages in any of the following acts:

a. When it is against public order and morals
b. When related to criminal acts
c. When planning or executing the use of services for the purpose of harming national interests or social public interest
d. In case of misappropriation of another person’s ID and password
e. If you damage the reputation of others or cause disadvantage
f. When the same user registers twice with a different ID
g. In the event of harming the service or hindering sound use
h. Other cases that violate relevant laws or regulations or the terms of use set by the Company

Chapter 4 Limitation of Liability for Services

Article 1 Online Consultation

(1) The Company will do its best to maintain security so that the contents of consultations of members or users of the service are not leaked to third parties other than the consultation doctor and service manager. However, the Company is not responsible for the disclosure or loss of the contents of consultations in the following cases.

a. When the contents of the consultation are disclosed due to the leakage of the password due to the user’s negligence
b. When the user deletes the consultation using the ‘Delete’ function
c. When the contents of the consultation are disclosed or lost due to natural disasters or other situations beyond the control of the Company

(2) The person in charge can refer to the contents of the consultation and answers for comprehensive and appropriate answers to the consultation requested by the member.
(3) The contents of consultations conducted in the service can be used for the following purposes after deleting personal identification information.

a. Academic activities
b. Writing activities such as printed materials and CD-ROMs
c. Part of service content such as FAQ and recommended consultation

(4) The answers to the consultations are subjective answers based on the knowledge of each person in charge and do not represent the opinions of the Company’s services.
(5) Online consultation may not be provided in whole or in part if you apply for the following consultation:
a. If you repeatedly apply for consultation with the same content
b. When applying for consultation using expressions that are contrary to common sense

Article 2 Information Service

(1) The contents provided in the service are general and general contents and are provided for the purpose of providing information only. Information or consultations provided in the service can never replace medical diagnosis. The information or consultation provided in the service is by no means intended to replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or treatment. If you have any questions or concerns about your health, you should see a real doctor for a diagnosis. Therefore, the Company is not responsible for any damage, injury or other disadvantages arising from the use of any products, information, ideas or instructions provided to members.

Chapter 5 Obligations

Article 1 Obligations of the Company

(1) The Company shall ensure that members can use the service unless there are special circumstances.
(2) The Company has an obligation to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
(3) The Company shall process opinions raised by members according to a predetermined procedure, and if it takes a certain period of time to process, the member shall be notified of the reason and processing schedule.

Article 2 Obligation to Secure Member Information

(1) The member is responsible for all management of the member’s ID and password.
(2) Members agree to receive service emails sent as part of the service.
(3) If your ID is used fraudulently, you must notify the Company of the fact.
(4) The Company does not sell or provide information that can identify an individual to a third party that is not related to the Company without the prior permission of the member or user. However, the Company may use the voluntarily provided registered information in the following cases.
a. When providing developers with information necessary for the development of new features, information, and services useful to members
b. Providing statistical information (never revealing the identity of individual members) about service members and user groups to advertisers
c. When used by the Company to implement advertisements or services according to member and user preferences
(5) Information that can identify an individual (user name, ID, e-mail address, etc.) can be voluntarily disclosed in communication spaces such as bulletin boards (hereinafter referred to as communication spaces). In such cases, the disclosed information may be collected, linked, and used by third parties, and you may receive unwanted messages from third parties. Such acts by third parties cannot be controlled by the Company. Therefore, the Company does not guarantee the possibility of discovering member information by means that the Company cannot control.
(6) The Company may use Cookie technology for the convenience of using the service. A Cookie is a small text file that a website uses to identify users who visit again and to help them continue to connect and provide personalized services. In general, Cookies work by assigning users a unique number that has no meaning outside of the site that issued the Cookie. Cookies do not invade the user’s system and are not dangerous to the user’s files. This website cannot prevent advertisers or related third parties of the service from using Cookies. If a member or user does not want to collect information using cookies, they can adjust whether or not to accept cookies in the web browser. However, cookies may be required for the service (especially personalized information) to function properly.
(7) The Company may mutually provide/utilize member’s information between the service or the Company and business partners.

Chapter 6 Dispute Resolution

(1) Disputes regarding all matters concerning the use of the service arising except as stipulated in these Terms of Use shall be resolved by mutual agreement to the maximum extent possible.
(2) If a lawsuit is filed due to a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of the company shall be the competent court.

Chapter 7 Guide to Affiliate Links

The Company may include affiliate links to improve services and support website operations. These affiliate links link to products or services related to online monetization tools that the Company recommends and is currently using directly. If a user makes a purchase through these links, the Company will receive a commission. This is one of the ways to support the Company’s services at no additional cost to you.

(1) The Company discloses the use of affiliate links to users to maintain transparency. Purchases through affiliate links do not incur additional costs to the user, and the commissions provided contribute to the continued operation and service improvement of the website.
(2) Products or services provided through affiliate links have passed Waffle’s strict selection criteria and strive to provide real value to users.
